Hi, I'm Pete. Therapy can mean different things to different people depending on your perspective. From mine, I'm here to help you reach the goals you're shooting for, and I'm not here to waste your time or tell you things you already know. I use a blend of narrative, experiential, emotionally-focused and DBT approaches, but I'm not here to make you fit into my system. I'm plain spoken and straight up. My commitment to you is that I won't ask trick questions, I'll tell you what I think, and I'll answer questions to the best of my ability.
I love to help people in relationships work through the hard stuff. Communication? Parenting? Infidelity? Finances? There's an other side to this and you can get there.
