Am I Going to be Ok?
“Am I Going to Be Okay?” is an 8-week closed therapy group designed for adolescents ages 13–18 focused on social media addiction and its impact on self-esteem, cultural identity, and relationships. This program creates a safe, supportive space for teens to explore the influence of digital culture, learn coping skills, and build resilience in both online and offline environments. Program Goals are to: Increase awareness of social media influences on mood, identity, and behavior. Explore intersections of race, culture, and representation in digital spaces. Develop coping strategies to strengthen personal identity and self-worth.
