Did you witness a lot of physical and verbal family or relational conflict? Do you find yourself in adulthood attracting similar relationship patterns unintentionally? Often times this can be the affect of having felt responsible for a loved with a personality disorder or substance use disorder. This group will be a safe space to learn, & focus on YOU as well as be seen, heard, validated and heal.

Virtual Perinatal Support Group
Motherhood is wonderful & joyful but, with parenting it can also feel isolating and spotted with destress. It may feel overwhelming at times but, there is Hope ?. Too many women feel alone. Too many of us are paralyzed by guilt and, for some reason, nobody talks about how hard it is. Perspective Counseling and Wellness is looking to create that safe space and support with a virtual support group run by our contracted therapist Lindsay Simon.
