I evaluate and treat life satisfaction and interpersonal problems, as well as diagnosable mental illnesses. I offer individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. I am empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental with appropriate professional boundaries, and use a variety of perspectives and techniques to help clients meet their goals. Groups
Virtual Interpersonal Process Therapy Group
This is a group for individuals with any type of mental health struggle that hurts, or can be helped by, interpersonal functioning. The power of the group is based on the relationships formed and maintained within it, which is why the rule of "what happens in group stays in group" is so important. The group does not have an end date, and continues on as long as there are enough members. The group maxes at 6 members and prospective members are asked to commit to at least six months of regular weekly attendance. This group is held over Zoom.
