Dr. Lockard was awarded her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her internship at the Kentucky Department of Corrections where she focused on the treatment of male and female sex offender treatment. Her experience includes years of forensic and clinical treatment and evaluation in out-patient, in-patient, and correctional settings. Such experiences include: Community Mental Health Clinics, Autism Clinics, County and Psychiatric Hospitals, and state behavioral and social services agencies. Her areas of expertise (all bilingual) include: clinical, criminal forensic, psychosexual, and neuropsychological assessment and treatment.

Since 1999, I have dedicated my entire professional career to working with the forensic population (victims; non-offending parents; sex offenders; violent offenders). This has been accomplished in private practice, correctional institutions, and the agency setting. I conduct individual and group therapy sessions. I specialize in seeing teens and aduts.

Child and Adolescent psychologist. Ph.D. in Child/School Psychology from an APA-accredited program at McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 2005. I specialize in neuropsychological, psychological, developmental, and psycho-educational testing. Testing is performed for the purposes of diagnosis & treatment planning. I give "understandable" reports with comprehensive treatment plans, referrals to health professions (S&L, OT, PT, & psychiatrists), home-based & school-based recommendations. I equip parents to engage their children in interventions at home, empowering parents to take charge of their children's challenges. I also provide brief screening and treatment recommendations as an alternative to comprehensive testing.
