I am here to support your journey with a very individualized and holistic approach. My style is warm, collaborative, direct, and down to earth. As a systemic licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I will help guide you in uncovering the root of the issues by exploring your foundational relationships and experiences and then work together to create sustainable change.
My specific areas of expertise include clients who have experienced childhood disfunction/trauma or a recent traumatic event or relationship, that has resulted in intense Anxiety, Complex- PTSD, PTSD, and/or low self worth. I also specialize in Couples Therapy specifically with those recovering from broken trust, communication, or issues around infidelity.
