I am good at listening to help folks who are depressed, anxious, worried, confused, guilty, or just overwhelmed by circumstances. I work with adults and couples. Many of my patients are therapists themselves, which I take as a big vote of trust and confidence. My graduate degree is in marriage and family counseling. I also have had extensive and intensive training in psychoanalytic theory, which is particularly helpful when the patient's difficulties are of a long term nature. I welcome LGBT patients and families, and people struggling with the challenges of parenting.
