My work as a mental health counselor is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that healing and growth are possible for everyone. I am committed to creating an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences without fear of judgment. Trust is at the heart of the counseling relationship. I strive to build that trust by listening carefully, honoring each client’s story, and approaching every session with openness and authenticity.

We have extensive background includes treating people of all ages in areas of trauma, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, substance use, behavioral issues, disordered eating, phase of life issues, attachment issues, personality disorders, and sexual health. In addition to psychotherapy services, I perform substance abuse assessments.
