I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University and my Master's degree in Mental Health from Eastern Mennonite University. I have experience working with youth and families who are involved with foster care and adoption, youth who had physical, sexual and abusive trauma histories as well as children with attachment issues. I also have experience working with people is all ages who have anxiety and depression.

This is almost always due to past trauma events that initially lead to substance use.
