I understand it can be difficult to choose someone you can trust to collaboratively guide you through your healing journey. My role is to meet you where you are in the process, in a non-judgmental and positive way towards the goals or changes you envision as possible. My experience is working with people struggling with Depression and Anxiety. Including Queer/Trans community, multilingual communities, intersectional identity issues, acculturative/cultural stress, identity development, chronically-ill and different-abled community, and Latinx/e community. I provide these services in English and Spanish.

I am a pre-licensed professional supervised by Lindsey Heselbarth LPC-S. I use an affirming lens to support children, adolescents, and adults. Services may address neurodivergence, CPTSD, PTSD, chronic nervous system dysregulation, chronic pain, autoimmunity, helper profession burnout, giftedness, parenting, dissociation, and more. I offer virtual appointments to those in Texas and have in-person availability in Hutto.

As a relational therapist, I believe subconscious beliefs and programming are responsible for many of our self-sabotaging behaviors. These impact our relationships and are typically inherited during our upbringing.
