My passion is working with teens, tweens, and 20-somethings, although I very much enjoy working with folks of all ages, couples, families, and groups. During my tenure as a licensed professional counselor, I have worked with a myriad of struggles and successes, and supported my clients through life's ups and downs.

Deciding to seek counseling is difficult, but it is the first step towards making positive changes in your life. It is a means to develop insight that can then help you grow in new, positive ways. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, I can help guide you towards the resolution of problems of an emotional or interpersonal nature. I can assist you towards gaining empowerment over your life and your decisions in a safe, therapeutic and supportive atmosphere.

I have been working in counseling since 2000. I provide individual and family therapy to those having difficulty with depression, anxiety, Autism, anger, ADHD/ADD, relationship and family issues.

Our office believes that access to counseling should be easy and comfortable. I personally try my best to never turn away a client, schedule immediately, and work with any financial barriers. Although I work with a variety of treatment goals and treatment modalities, I am known for my work with children, trauma experienced populations, relationship counseling, addictions, military and advocacy for community health. When working with children, I always involve the parents and I attempt to assess in a variety of settings to assure I have the entire picture. Counseling should feel comfortable and safe.

My ideal client is in need of therapeutic services due to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family matters, etc. Their goal is to improve their overall mental health by alleviating symptoms of distress caused by various stressors and or triggers.
