I am a native Texan who has lived and worked in the Houston area most of my career. I have a background in mental health providing services to individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief any issues which cause distress.

My name is Shonda Phillips-Young I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I obtained my bachelor's degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University-Central Texas in 2016. I then went to Texas State University and received a master's degree in Social Work in 2017. I have worked in mental health since 2019; before that, I worked in long-term care.
