I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ experiences, anxiety, depression, men's issues, and relationship challenges.

Reaching out to ask for help when we are struggling is one of the biggest favors we can do for ourselves. Just as our physical health is important to maintain functioning in every day life, so is our mental health and well being. I strive to help clients get back to finding their optimal balance in life by addressing concerns they have in all aspects of their life whether it be relationship and interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues or trauma that is preventing them from living their best life.
