Not accepting new clients as I transition into maternity leave through January 2025. Shutting off the "inner critic" can often feel impossible. As such, most of the adults I treat struggle with negative beliefs about themselves in addition to anxiety/depression, body dysmorphia/low self-esteem, heartbreak/relationship problems or early attachment wounds/relational trauma. Supporting college students and young professionals who are navigating adulthood and the myriad of personal and professional challenges that can arise during this time is a passion of mine. I also enjoy supporting perfectionists and high-achieving individuals.

I am a bi-iterate and bicultural psychotherapist that specializes on problems that affect the individual/couple/family when generations within the household have contrasting cultural understandings. When working with individuals, couples, and families, I explore cultural differences and values to find the strengths and the coping tools. I have also worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience in many areas, including trauma, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, multigenerational family conflict, couples counseling, life transitions, chronic pain, and grief.

I completed the following degrees, licenses, & certifications to provide comprehensive care for clients: Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Board-Certified Faith-Based Therapist, Psychology Graduate, Licensed Minister, & Certified Life/Wellness Coach. I am fundamentally motivated to lead others to overcome challenges & odds as I serve them by offering advice, education, treatment & emotional support helping to make an impact that produces positive substantial changes in their lives. In addition, I utilize labs and licensed pharmaceutical-grade nutraceuticals to help my clients achieve better health.

I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor working with children, adolescents and adults going through a variety of situations and life transitions. I earned my bachelors in Psychology in Mexico City and a Masters degree in psychoanalysis. I then moved to Miami, FL to pursue another masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with people from all walks of life going through anxiety, depression, domestic violence, incarceration, mental illness, and life transitions such as divorce, death of a loved one, entering adolescence, among others. My focus is mainly psychodynamic.
