I offer somatic psychotherapy (touch and tablework) for people who are working on trauma, relationship and attachment issues. This work may also bring up family of origin issues that may also be unresolved. I combine somatic, IFS, and attachment modalities. My somatic training also provides expertise in helping those with chronic illness or pain and how this is related to mental health. Somatic work also is for those with after-effects of surgeries or accidents.

If you are looking for something different from "regular" therapy in which you talk for most of the session, then this type of therapy may be for you. Many have found that somatic therapy is effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as parental and relationship wounding.

I may also use an Internal Family Systems approach, Ecotherapy, as well as dreamwork and psycho-emotional rituals.

You’ll get support in creating and starting a thriving private practice, and we’ll examine our counter transference and rough spots. The group will also provide emotional support and a be a cheering squad for when you’re needing a boost in self-confidence.
