Finding the right therapist can be a difficult and overwhelming process. There seems to be an endless array of choices, and it's so important to find the right fit for you. In order to help make this process easier, I offer and encourage you to interview me over the phone, and I will be happy to answer any questions about therapy or the therapeutic process. I am skilled in working with individuals, couples and families with a variety of issues using an individualized approach. I have been in practice since 1990 and have extensive inpatient and outpatient experience.
I often assist clients who are in crisis and/or dealing with stress, worry, grief/loss, anger, or unhealthy habits and behaviors. I also provide services to couples and families that are geared toward helping them develop skills and insight that will improve communication and problem solving skills.
