我是德州持照心理諮商師 (Licensed Professional Counselor) 及美國國家認證諮商師(National Certified Counselor, NCC)。2016年畢業於台灣台北文化大學心理輔導學系，2017年來到美國德州亨次維爾(Huntsville, TX)就讀心理諮商所，2020年五月畢業於山姆休士頓州立大學心理諮商碩士班，且接受過遊戲治療專業訓練。曾經在家暴防治中心實習，幫助被家暴及被性侵的兒童和成人處理創傷和其他心理議題。我的專長是兒童和遊戲治療，遊戲治療適合三到十二歲的兒童，我希望能透過遊戲治療提供一個安全溫暖被接納的環境，幫助孩子自在的抒發情緒並找自己及做自己。

I have always connected with people and enjoy working with individuals who know something is not working well in their lives but who are not sure how to make changes. My values and worldview are shaped by my personal experience of multiculturalism, having moved to Houston from Singapore at age 16, and I recognize that mental health is not about what you learn in a textbook. I have personally overcome assimilation barriers and I have a sensitivity for the differences people bring into relationships. I see mental health recovery as a process and not an event and would be honored to join you in your journey.

I have experienced in helping and supporting clients with learning disabilities, adjustment issues, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, spiritual struggles, family conflicts, marital crisis, parenting issues, racial discrimination and so on. As long as you are willing to grow, I would be willing to journey with you to find motivation, meaning, and perspective in life.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience in acute and outpatient psychiatric settings, oncology, and palliative care. I have worked with individuals facing a variety of stressors, including grief/loss, life transitions, trauma, mental health concerns, terminal illness, and medical crises. My priority as a therapist is establishing a safe space in which individuals feel heard and can be their authentic selves.
