Developmentally in the US, we begin to truly form our identity as teenagers, but sometimes that gets stunted for one reason or another. I want to be able to walk by your side while you discover and choose who you want to be at whatever age that may happen. Anxiety, depression, and OCD are other issues I focus on.

At times life can be stressful and overwhelming leaving you feeling anxious, depressed, discouraged, or a mixture of emotions. I am available to help you navigate through not only the stressful times of life but also to help you deal with making difficult decisions, help you to understand your reactions to certain situations, assist you in wading through the depths of trauma, and other situations where it would be helpful to have a kind, nonjudgmental ear to listen and offer understanding.

We specialize in mental healthcare, medication management and therapies. We accept patients age 5 and up. Our practitioners have been trained in behavior modification therapies, and specialize in many different areas ranging from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ptsd, eating disorders, divorce, anger management to substance abuse and recovery. Hi! I'm currently accepting new, individual clients ages 10-65 years old. I work with adolescents and adults and do my best to offer a comfortable space for you to be yourself. I hope that over time, we can foster a therapeutic relationship that will allow for growth and change in your life and your relationships. I am happy to offer a Christian perspective to clients who prefer to integrate their faith into their therapeutic journey. Personal life experiences have inspired me to help others. I have developed a deeper understanding and empathy for others that experience difficult times. I have experience working with clients that have experienced significant loss and trauma. Physical health and mental health problems, often, develop when an individual experiences high level of stress. Depression and other mental health problems may occur when individuals and families experience multiple issues. Some issues may include separation, divorce, and loss of a loved one.
