I also, offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy) for Adults EMDR is not only used for PTSD but an array of clinical problems that can have positive life changing results. I work with teens to help with self esteem, social anxiety, ADHD, Autism and other concerns.

I am passionate about offering the best therapy experience possible by meeting clients where they are and drawing from a variety of approaches depending on the unique needs of each individual. I work with clients facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, spirituality concerns, gender issues, LGBTQIA concerns, chronic pain, relationship challenges, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), sexual abuse (adult), grief and mourning, professional burnout, attachment disorders, addiction and anger management.

Katy (she/her) is a pre-licensed clinician with experience working with individuals in different stages of life with a wide variety of clinical concerns. She uses a person-centered approach to her work, combining holistic and mindfulness-based techniques.

I work primarily with teens and adults who may be struggling with life transitions, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

SATURDAY hours available & Video sessions! I have been practicing psychotherapy in diverse settings for 14 years. I completed my residency at Vanderbilt University and served as an expert consultant for NBC's Today Show. As a psychologist, I have the opportunity to help people understand and navigate very difficult situations. I help my patients develop insight into problems that prevent them from feeling whole and complete. By reading between the lines and exploring the complexity of physical and mental health we are able to finally resolve long-standing concerns.
