I am not your typical therapist, and strive to always create that emotional connection that allows us to work through any issue as a team. Most of my clients have already tried traditional therapy, and haven't been able to engage in one way or the other. Many of my clients haven't felt heard or understood, and it is a goal of mine to make therapy accessible for all. My belief as a therapist is that everyone can benefit- and should benefit from the relationship they have with their therapist. My clients believe in person centered care- and feedback goes both ways. I provide a trauma informed environment where the client gets to lead.

My name is Rachel Taggart and I am a passionate licensed clinical social worker with over five years of experience working with individuals of all ages, families, and groups. I specialize in issues ranging from sexual trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, life challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, self-harm, and eating disorders. I take a person-centered approach by implementing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused counseling, strength-based counseling, trauma-informed counseling, and mindfulness.

Dr. Katherine Pescosolido is a licensed therapist specializing in couples, depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, pregnancy/post-partum issues, grief, health behavior change and parenting. Katherine has experience working with adults and families in a variety of clinical, research and outpatient settings. In her clinical work, she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy as well as expressive modalities such as play, music, and art.
