I am pre-licensed counselor working with clients seeking to change unhealthy life-style patterns attributing to feeling disconnected from intentions, core values, beliefs, character & self. Patterns and experiences may include anxiety, trauma, depression, relational and other adjustment concerns. The approaches used integrate holistic modalities with existing evidenced-based treatments & prior successes to create the client's fully equipped toolbox.
