These monthly virtual grief support groups are designed to provide a space for adults who are navigating the tasks of grief through the reality-shattering loss of a spouse, or the life-altering loss of a parent. Led by a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in grief counseling, each unique group offers a nurturing environment for sharing, healing, and learning. Participants are required to sign up in advance, format includes specific discussion topic and activities incorporated or as homework to foster ongoing growth.
