I strive to provide the highest quality of care, focusing on the unique needs of each individual and creating a safe environment with room for challenges, exploration, process, and growth. I help clients learn and practice skills for tolerating pain in times of crisis, responding instead of reacting, increasing self-respect, improving relationships, and participating fully in each moment. My ultimate goal is to help my clients build and nurture a life they feel is worth living.

I have a strong background in women's issues, including balancing work and personal life, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic style integrates a cognitive behavioral approach with mindfulness. Therapy provides a unique opportunity to slow down and examine emotional and behavioral patterns that are ineffective, and create positive change.

Therapy requires hard work from both therapist and client in order to yield desired results.
