I have a passion for helping others heal naturally with a focus on you as a Whole Person-Mind, Body, Spiritual Holistic approach. I have been in the field for 21 years now working with children, adolescents, adults. I treat those 18 years old over. I am also licensed in the state of MD and can provide telehealth mainly. I am in MD Optum/UHC, CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicaid insurances. I integrate traditional talk therapy interventions and can use Expressive Arts in sessions. I am also a Certified Facilitator for Dancing Mindfulness, a therapeutic Creative Movement/Meditation practice to assist with somatic awareness.

Rebecca "Becka" Joanis is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Becka has experience working with various mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, sexual abuse trauma, low self esteem, self harm, relationship concerns, transitional stressors, grief, infertility, and postpartum struggles.
