Are you ready to explore family dynamics and have healthy relationships? Our childhood traumas can follow us into adult relationships making us feel like we have bad luck in relationships or that we pick the wrong friends or romantic partners. Being able to process those past traumas in a safe environment can allow us to set boundaries and pick up on warning signs of people who may not be good for us or possibly even dangerous.
