My goal as a therapist is to help my clients gain insight into themselves and their experience. Through the course of therapy, emotional healing can occur and self-empowerment can be found. I help people with anxiety, depression, and many other mental health difficulties. Sometimes just having someone to talk to about life can help. I stand here with outstretched arms.

Life can be difficult at times and it takes strength to reach out to someone for help. Through our therapeutic relationship, my goal is to help you gain self-awareness about potential negative thinking patterns and ultimately increase stability and independence. We live in a world of many different stressors and pressures and I hope to help you learn to cope with these issues in a positive way. Mental health is just as important as physical, through all stages of life. I utilize a person-centered approach in order to explore past and current issues in order to help you learn different tools to help you take control of your life.

I work from a person-centered approach to assist my client in finding their desire to break down the challenges that need to be addressed and to empower each and every person to find their courage to believe in their worth and, their strength. This means our work together will be conversation based. There are techniques and approaches that won’t feel like you are being put under a microscope, but hopefully validated and heard. My goal is to help others think outside the typical, to be creative and see things and obstacles from a different perspective.
