My goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are at and help you navigate through the process of growth and healing. I have been in the human service field in some capacity since 2009. I use a person centered approach and believe that being authentic is an important part of the counseling process. I have primary worked with adolescents and adults with addictions and mental health. In this practice it is my goal to help the client feel safe enough to talk honestly and open with me to work through all aspects of their life.
I graduated from Montana State University in 2016 with my masters in science degree in mental health counseling. I am able to work with co-occurring issues a person may have due to being dually licensed.
