Hello! I am very excited to work with you. I have almost 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, children and families in a multitude of settings. I absolutely love working with people of all ages and helping facilitate positive changes. My style is unique and combines components of several different modalities in order to have a holistic and individualized approach to everyone that I have the pleasure of working with.

Perhaps you are more anxious than usual these days, or finding yourself disheartened by all the recent challenges in your life. Perhaps a loss or failure is making it hard for you to go on as usual, or family and friends are worried about you. I am able to talk with you, help you sort out the problems, fix whatever can be easily be repaired and support you as you find ways to move forward.

When we are involved in hardship, loss or trauma it is common to experience struggle and to feel imbalanced by it. I feel passionate to help people recover from these life stressors and then support them in reaching their goals. I work with my clients to help them overcome and cope with their challenges, find value in themselves, discover purpose in their lives and support them in forming healthy relationships. My goal is to work together with each person to help them feel secure, safe, and supported within their lives.

Hypnosis is a safe and effective tool for achieving personal goals, whether you want to stop doing something (smoking, over eating, biting fingernails, feeling anxious, worrying, any unwanted habit) or want to start doing something (eating better, exercising, improve concentration, test scores, even athletic ability). It can be utilized to improve mood, reduce tension and stress, relieve feelings of overwhelm and teach the body to deeply relax. Further, Hypnotherapy is well documented as an effective treatment for chronic pain and complements medical treatment. Regular practice of hypnotism reduces blood pressure and improves sleep.
