By gaining a better understanding of your past influences, present patterns, and inner beliefs, you can find the clarity you need for yourself, your relationships and your life.
I specialize in assisting men and women who are feeling "stuck" or don't feel that they are living their best life due to any of the following: life challenges, relationship concerns, stress management, grief and loss, work stress and parenting issues. I also specialize with clients who identify as highly sensitive.
