My approach to therapy is very person-centered, meaning that your needs always come first and that you are an equal partner in the planning of your care. My journey of helping individuals and families began as a child and family social worker. I worked closely with individuals and families to provide support and services to ensure all their needs were met and they had all the services available to help them thrive. Hello, I am Hillary Mire, I have been working in the social work field since 2014 and have been licensed and working in private practice since 2022. My practice focuses on women and the challenges they face. I work with individuals experiencing postpartum depression/anxiety, life changes, generalized depression and anxiety, disordered eating, and parenting issues. I have worked with children and parents going through the dependency court process, within the school system with children ages 3-5 who have suspected disabilities and their families, and most recently with individual clients on the Betterhelp platform.
