I work with individuals, couples, and families. My first priority is providing a compassionate, relaxed space where you can feel comfortable and I can get to know you and your unique story. My approach is collaborative and conversational and will support your needs and goals using a variety of therapeutic perspectives and techniques.
We will work together on areas most important to you, exploring past and present experiences to help you understand where you get stuck and identify patterns you want to change. I am interested in helping you increase your self-awareness and self-acceptance and working with you to develop new and more effective tools for coping with conflict and distress.
I strongly believe therapy can support us to find clarity and balance, make meaningful change, deepen connection and relationships, and develop a greater sense of self and well-being in order to live a fulfilling and purposeful life.
