PRACTICE IS FULL - I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing upheavals in life due to transitions, family conflict, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and stress. My style is direct and interactive, exploring connections between the issues you are facing now and older behaviors and patterns of coping that might no longer be working for you. Our work can also draw on approaches that focus on how interpersonal patterns affect our relationships. Together, we can come to understand and define the goals that will help you move forward. I help you redefine how you look at patterns and set helpful boundaries.
In addition to seeing clients during the 9-5 workday, I have some availability to see clients before work between 7-9am or on select evenings until 7pm.
