I am a licensed professional counselor. I work with children ages 13 through 18 as well as with adults. I desire to build strong therapeutic relationships with each of my clients using a person-centered approach. I am able to provide both telehealth and in person counseling. I believe that a person's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are closely interconnected, and therefore primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
