I understand that each client needs an individualized approach; as a result, I use many modalities into my sessions, including somatic, strength-based, and person-centered therapy.
Are you wrestling with how your life is impacted by your own disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity? Are you a parent struggling how to navigate the world when you have a child who has a disability or is figuring out their own identity when it comes to potentially being a part of the LGBTQ+ community? These are questions and worries that are difficult to navigate on your own. It is helpful to have an unbiased person to turn to so you can process and understand how your intersectional identities can impact your life and the lives of your loved ones.

Welcome and congrats to you for beginning this journey! Maybe it's for the first time, or maybe you've tried therapy out before. Either way I acknowledge how difficult it can be to start. I believe in the person-centered approach and meeting you where you are now. We don't need to have everything figured out, but we can work together to make steps in the right direction.

My style is conversational, as I can be both a curious listener and also a gentle, unbiased person providing you with feedback to bring discoveries or awareness to parts of your life that you might not have realized before. My role is to be your guide, your emotional/mental health teammate, your cheerleader, for every person I work with.

Not accepting new clients
At this time I cannot accept new clients and my waitlist is full. I enjoy working with children ages 3 to 13 and cater my approach depending on the age of the child. Some of the children I work with have been through really difficult and painful traumas, others have experienced great loss. Some kids are struggling to express themselves or with regulating their emotions, and others are struggling with behavior challenges in school or at home. Because of my work in the schools I have unique experience engaging with children with ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, and other social-emotional concerns.
