Life can sometimes seem a bit difficult & is not a linear path. It is inevitable to encounter hurdles and difficulties through life’s journey. I'm a firm believer in clients being the center of their life’s path and guiding the ship to their desired destination. As a mental health professional I am here to aid you in that path while identifying hurdles that may have been blocking you to reach your full potential. I can’t say that this endeavor will be easy, but it will definitely be worth it as long as you are willing to be honest, transparent, and most importantly put in the work to see your life & full potential of possibilities.

I have served in the field of Mental Health for a decade. I have worked in Hospital In-patient settings, as well as private practice. I adhere to a compassionate, holistic, and eclectic approach. I deeply believe in the importance of applying/engaging diversity, individuality and systems which interact with your journey to success and healing. Furthermore, I value elements of self-determination, uniqueness and strength.

The best time for a new beginning is NOW. I believe that the best counselors are the ones who understands where you, the client, is coming from and I choose to meet my clients on their level to help them. It is my job to help you as a client reach your fullest potential by helping you navigate the challenges you are facing. Therapy means CHANGE. However, I believe that by working through the challenges, you can bring about understanding, action and CHANGE in your life. Therapy is not always fun but it is worth it in order to become "unstuck". Taking the first step to counseling is a sign of strength.

I aspire to always provide my client's with a supportive and non-judgmental environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insights into behaviors, and develop strategies to manage challenges.

Life is not always easy. Anxiety, depression, addiction, conflict, major life changes such as the death of a loved one, entering college, divorce, etc., and everyday stressors can result in loneliness, anger, compulsiveness, and a feeling of hopelessness. However, therapeutic interventions provided in an atmosphere of acceptance and respect allow individuals to develop new ways to overcome and/or cope with these challenges. I am eager to listen, help you gain insight, provide resources and share tools that can help you transition to a life that aligns with your personal values and goals.
