Hello there, I'm Amanda Jerez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician committed to supporting you in your journey towards healing and personal growth. I provide services via Telehealth. My specializations include Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Relationship Issues, Stress Management, Self-Esteem and Identity Issues. Over the past three years, I've been actively involved with the school district, assisting adolescents in navigating their transition to adulthood. I believe in tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship.

My client may be a person who currently feels stuck in their life, or dealing with chronic health issues, issues related to aging, coming out, or dealing with depression and anxiety. As a former physician, I know that doctors and healthcare professionals can have unique needs in therapy.
