I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I spent 30 years in the community newspaper industry, working and managing my family-owned community newspaper in Roxboro, North Carolina. In May of 2020, I graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with an MA in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling. Having benefited from mental health and relationship counseling, I desire to assist clients of all ages and backgrounds in improving their mental and relational health.

Accepting New Clients. When "Life" happens, it happens fast and sometimes in a way that throws what we had planned for ourselves off course. But, just because we get off track, that does not mean we are lost forever. Life was made to have highs and lows, but successfully navigating through those highs and lows will be our greatest accomplishment. My greatest passion is working with those that are having difficulty navigating these very highs and lows of life. We are not always able to change our physical environment or the "Life" things that happen, BUT we can change the way we look at these events. And THAT is why I am here.
