I have a deep-rooted commitment to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds, backed by professional expertise in a variety of settings. But I also believe that clients are the experts on their own lives. I have worked with clients of all ages, from as young as three to late adulthood, in outpatient therapy settings; methadone clinics; intensive outpatient programs; inpatient psychiatric units, and in-home crisis intervention. One thing remains constant: the focus of therapy should be based on what YOU wish to work on.

I have extensive experience working with adolescence and adults who present with challenges managing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, co-dependency, parenting, self esteem, addictions, psychological effects of disease management and much more.
