I absolutely love working with people of all ages and helping facilitate positive changes. It can be utilized to improve mood, reduce tension and stress, relieve feelings of overwhelm and teach the body to deeply relax. Further, Hypnotherapy is well documented as an effective treatment for chronic pain and complements medical treatment. Regular practice of hypnotism reduces blood pressure and improves sleep.

My small independent practice is set in central Maine downtown Skowhegan. With a quiet feel many clients comment on how relaxed and homey it feels during their sessions.
