It is when, and where, we are forced by circumstance or choice to leave behind what is familiar, and to journey into a place of uncertainty. It is a normal part of being human. I named my practice Liminal Therapy to honor the process of change and human resilience. Services include: substance abuse/recovery groups & Individual sessions to adults & teens; 36-week Domestic Violence court approved program; Anger Management Program (heavily based in mindfulness/Buddhist concepts of letting go and Acceptance Commitment Therapy).
