I am a LCSW dedicated to helping teens and adults improve their overall wellness. My clients will address and reprocess past trauma in learning to regulate emotions and adjust limiting thoughts and beliefs. Working together, we will implement good social, emotional, and behavioral habits to help you reach personal wellbeing goals.
