All are welcome. My passion is working with individuals who are parenting neurodivergent children as I can empathize your experience as I am a single mom to an autistic son with various disabilities. I get it. You are the one that everyone counts on. The strong one in every single crisis, but burnout and exhaustion hit hard. On the outside, you may appear calm, cool and collected, but inside you feel anxious, depressed or one step away from falling apart. You are not alone and counseling is a soft place to land to build skills to unpack what's beneath the emotional overwhelm.
