My ideal client is ready for change. They are most likely struggling with spiraling thoughts, relationship or interpersonal conflicts, depressive symptoms, navigating grief and loss, or have experienced trauma and PTSD. These struggles, whether they have been life-long or recently new, can be overwhelming and consuming in daily life. When you are seen, heard, and validated, personal growth starts to evolve. In order to heal, you have to feel and I am here to support you as you navigate the therapeutic process.
My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and non-judgmental. My current and former clients would acknowledge they are able to be their authentic self in counseling sessions because YOU are human. There is no judgment. Change is possible with the right therapist and collaborative work done in counseling. That is why you are here.
