In our work together, we'll explore tools that empower you to work toward making life feel more livable. Whether through exploring coping skills, processing difficult experiences, or building resources, I hope to work alongside you in therapy. You know yourself best, and I provide familiarity with EMDR, DBT/coping skills, and symptoms management.
