It's hard it is to function at work, home, or school when you're overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, or stress. I want you to feel better as fast as possible. I work with anxious, depressed, stressed-out teens, young adults -and their parents- in a warm, supportive, goal-directed manner. When one person in the family is anxious or depressed, it can impact the whole family. Parenting a troubled teen or young adult is extraordinarily stressful. It's hard to know when you're doing "the right thing", when things seem to get worse no matter what you do.

Insight is important, but it's not enough. Change happens when start doing things differently. My job is to provide you with a new set of "tools", and support you as you learn to use them. Together, we can work to bring peace back to your home.

20 years of experience in practice and in parenting help keep my interventions real and workable. You don't have to go through this alone. Having warm, understanding, expert help can lead to rapid and lasting change.
