I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a collaborative, supportive space rooted in trust, respect, and meaningful growth.
I specialize in trauma, attachment, anxiety, grief, burnout, identity struggles, Mexican-American cultural and religious challenges, relationship issues, divorce, and women’s issues.
