About
No matter where you are in life, you are never alone. You will discover this through the relationship that we will build together. You are important and you matter, regardless of your story. I believe each person has the innate ability to foster his or her own growth, with the appropriate support and environment. My role is to listen empathically while providing a nonjudgmental environment so that you can begin or continue your personal journey.
I have worked in various settings including non-profit and school systems. I work with adolescents and adults individually while specializing in play therapy for younger and older children. My specialties include child/adolescent issues, school concerns, autism, parental support, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma.
It is an honor to be able to hear your story and be a part of your journey. If you are ready to realize the power you have within, I am ready to support you.
