You or someone you know may be experiencing a difficult time in their life. You may be looking for information to explain how you are feeling or be looking for a way to get help and someone to talk to. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or frustrated and that life has just become unmanageable. Counseling is a supportive and helpful way to get things back on track and you feeling good again. www.postpartumnh.com
Be heard and feel supported, talk about what you are experiencing and come up with a plan to help. We will find your strengths, teach you tools to make changes in your life and reach your goals, and educate you on resources that will help you be successful.
My specialties are focused on the Mother-before, during, and after birth. I have been trained at the Postpartum Stress Center by Karen Kleiman and at the Domar Center for Infertility in Mind/Body Positive Psychology out of Boston IVF. I am also a certified HypnoBirthing Instructor.

HypnoBirthing

The Mongan Method - is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education, enhanced by self-hypnosis techniques. HypnoBirthing provides the missing link that allows women to use their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birthing. Emphasis is placed on pregnancy and childbirth, as well as on pre-birth parenting and the consciousness of the pre-born baby. As a birthing method, HypnoBirthing; is as new as tomorrow and as old as ancient times. It is presented in a series of five, 2 1/2-hour classes.
