One of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship we build together. I understand finding a therapist you connect with is not always easy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Therapy does not require you to be in crisis. Sometimes it is a place to process difficult experiences, and other times it is a place to gain perspective, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and learn new ways of coping.

Are you struggling with how you see your body, navigating challenging relationships, or carrying the weight of past physical, emotional, sexual, or religious trauma? You're not alone, and healing is truly possible. My passion as a sex therapist stems from a deep belief in your innate capacity for growth and self-acceptance. I understand the profound and often subtle ways that past experiences can shape our present, impacting how we feel in our own skin.
I support humans in both monogamous and polyamorous relationships ultimately helping individuals strengthen their self-identity and foster meaningful connections.
