About
Welcome, my name is Crystal Patterson and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I’ve been a therapist for 10+ years doing individual, and couple's counseling; servicing those struggling with mental health, substances, and relational conflict. I also offer licensure supervision for agencies and individuals interning for a license in mental health counseling.
I am passionate about mental health and being able to provide therapy virtually to those in need is my desire. We live in a world that “demands” perfection, but now is the time to embrace that we are all amazing people even though we are all perfectly imperfect. I look forward to getting to know you as we take this journey together.
